Today is Friday 11 October 2013. FollowMeToNYC has reached a hiatus. A new project begins, a successful one concludes.
I was on the telephone with my mate Mike in Australia last week discussing my blah-g. To Mike’s point, I need a new pitch – a fresh start.
I started this blog because I intended to leave Australia, return to New York City and somehow make it as a Writer. Incredibly, that totally happened.
Lately, there are a lot of humans that are no longer in my life dipping into my Internet psyche to get their deepest, darkest voyeur on. And frankly, it just feels disgusting.
I’m going under cover blog family! NEW PROJECT!!

It seems to me you let this sort of stuff get to you more than it should. You’ve invested a great deal of you, right here on this site….surely, you’re not going to let anyone move you on…I find this very un-Gretchen like.
Maybe I’ll just be quiet for a really long time and hope all of the douchebags disappear…
