Welcome to Follow Me to NYC. I started this site in 2009, after leaving an eight-year marriage and rebuilding my life between Australia and New York. What began as a daily journal (over 1000 posts of raw survival and reflection) became a record of persistence, my personal roadmap of how linguistic expression can hold a life together.
Writing remains my constant. I’ve worked as a professional writer in Manhattan and overseas, published poetry and fiction, and built a readership that now spans the world. This site isn’t an ordinary writer’s blog; it’s a collection of moments, the stories and fragments that have carried me through change, grief, and growth.
Thank you for stopping by. Love to you, yours, and ours. Namaste.
