How’s that for manifestation my gaggle of all creatures gorgeous? Cop that US economy…
Naturally I am conscious of the roles I step into and the effect they might have on my creative processes. Put simply, I like how my flow is unravelling at the moment and I can’t have a job wreaking havoc on it.
Both the jobs are writing-focussed gigs, which is the best I can do. I might not be getting paid for writing books, but I’ll be getting paid to write. And at this stage of my financial demise after a good nine out of twelve months spent roaming free… I’m pretty happy with that.

I was thinking coffee slinging was going to be the way to go, but when quadruple the wage is involved – sometimes you’ve gotta know when to sell out. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get rid of the goblin sitting on my shoulder whispering ‘pssst… you’re broke…’ while I’m working on my book.
This just might do the trick…
