He articulates my methods of yearn
Shaping rapture with language that ascends.
Enchantment of voice, refreshed way to learn.
My body reacts with stretch, twist and bend.
Consciousness becomes. Reason for awake.
In sleep I see us amongst clear blue waves,
Whispering promise, what nothing can break.
He saturates drought and redefines crave.
My habitual drift floats to one door,
Hovering outside what can’t be expressed.
Undiscovered truth consumed and explored,
He alters my heart from free to possessed.
I shed previous need of push and strive,
Injected with meaning to be alive.
