I’ve got an appointment on Wednesday with some people that offer free counseling to those seeking to work for themselves, like consulting.
It’s interesting what set me off on this tangent… over the past three days I’ve felt somewhat creatively blocked. However I’m way too driven to allow circumstance to slow me down (ever). Therefore, my brain switched from creative mode to technical mode.
I started buying books. I have this thing for learning…
I wrote a business plan, started a PR plan, and got lots of information out. This made me happy because the fact that my spirit was not in a creative mood was starting to wear on me. However now that I took the break required to sort myself out… I feel like I can get back to what really matters.
More to come on my biz later… it’s all about hooking up Writers, naturally. The world needs us.
Sounds like a good plan. There are other, similar businesses/groups out there at the moment… it would be a good idea to take a look at them and take whatever good ideas you can.
